Sunday School   Classes are determined by content rather than age.  You may visit all three, then ask which the Lord would have you attend.   Adult III:  Mrs. LaVerne Muller Room: Fellowship Hall   Currently in a study called; Growing in Christ, a 13 week course by Navpress for new and growing Christians This study is designed to help you master the fundamentals of the Christian life, as you explore the Scriptures.  Topics of study include:  assurance of salvation, answered prayer, victory over sin, forgiveness, guidance, putting Christ first in your life, relying on the Lord’s strength, the importance of the Bible, giving, the church, good works, and witnessing.  Using the book, you will focus on a key verse; think about its meaning and answer questions about it; study other related passages; and memorize the key verse. The format of this class is discussion.   Adult II:  Mr. Kent Brooks Room: 7   That the World May Know, a video series by Ray Vander Laan produced by Focus on the Family This is an opportunity to go on location to the places where Jesus ministered and to learn biblical history and archeology from a layman’s perspective.  Each short video is followed by class discussion. Kent plans to follow this series with America’s Godly Heritage, a video series by David Barton.    Adult I:  Mrs. Ruth Wegenhoft Room: 1 & 2   An in-depth, inductive study of the book of Nehemiah. Topic: the book of Nehemiah This is an in-depth, verse by verse study of the book of Nehemiah, using the Bible as the text.  Teaching notes include word studies, cross referencing, types, commentaries, recommended reading, questions for consideration and personal application, and more.  Please join us!
